1. The service

PLAY IT AGAIN MC provides music streaming, a members-only podcast, playlists, merchandise sales and music licensing through this website. Fan Club membership is free; some content requires specific membership tiers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share members-only audio or redistribute it — podcast episodes and gated playlists are for personal listening only.

3. Purchases & refunds

Prices are shown in USD and charged via PayPal. Physical merchandise is produced on demand by Printful/Printify; delivery times and quality claims follow their policies. Contact davidq1269@msn.com within 14 days for order issues.

4. Music licensing

Unless your purchase states otherwise, licenses follow these terms:

Standard License: non-exclusive sync rights for online content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts). Credit "PLAY IT AGAIN MC". No resale or redistribution of the raw audio file.

5. Content & conduct

All content on this site is owned by PLAY IT AGAIN MC unless noted. You may not scrape, mirror or re-host it. Playlists you create remain tied to your account.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes means acceptance.
