License Agreement

The sync-license terms you accept when buying a track license. · Last updated September 2026

1. Grant

Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive license ("License") to use the recorded track identified by your license key, for the scope and term chosen at checkout (30/90/365 days or buyout). The contract PDF generated at purchase is the binding document; this page is a summary.

2. Scopes

YouTube / TikTok / Podcast: monetized content on the named platforms, unlimited videos during the term.
Commercial: client work, ads and paid productions (one brand/project).
Multi-Platform: everything above, all platforms, one brand/project.

3. Always included

Credit is appreciated but not required. You may not register the track (or its vocals/melody) at Content ID, as your own work, or in any trademark. You may not resell or redistribute the audio as-is or in sample packs.

4. Term & renewal

The license key shows your expiry. Renew within 30 days after expiry for the renewal discount. Buyout licenses never expire. If a license lapses, content published during the valid term stays licensed (no takedowns of past work); new publications need a renewal.

5. Proof & verification

Keep the PDF handy. Rights holders can verify any key's status with us via davidq1269@msn.com. Fraudulent keys void the grant immediately.

6. Warranty

We warrant we control the rights to the tracks we license. If a licensed track ever triggers a rightful third-party claim, our liability is limited to refunding the license fee.
