Refund Policy

When and how refunds work for memberships, merch, digital packs and licenses. · Last updated September 2026

1. Memberships (fan club)

Cancel anytime from your Billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period. Within 14 days of a purchase and without substantial perk usage, contact us for a full or prorated refund; we handle each case personally.

2. Physical merch

Every item is produced on demand. Damaged, defective or wrong items are reprinted or refunded at no cost when reported within 30 days with a photo. Order errors (wrong size chosen) can be exchanged: the item must be unworn; shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.

3. Digital packs

Instant-download products (stems, samples, beat packs) are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If the download link fails, we replace it — contact us and we will reissue it the same day.

4. Sync licenses

Licenses are delivered instantly (contract PDF + HQ audio + key). If you made a mistake (wrong track, duplicate order) within 48 hours and have not published content with it, we will refund or swap the license. Lapsed licenses are not refundable retroactively.

5. How to request

Write from the contact page with your order number or license key. We respond within 24–48 hours and refunds to PayPal settle in 3–5 business days.
