The rules of the vault — accounts, memberships, purchases and conduct. · Last updated September 2026

1. Who we are

PLAY IT AGAIN MC ("we", "the label") operates https://playitagainmc.com — a music streaming, fan-club and sync-licensing platform. Contact: davidq1269@msn.com.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and a secure password. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform (scraping, resale of downloads, chargeback fraud, harassment). You may delete your account anytime from your dashboard or by email.

3. Memberships

Fan-club tiers (Free Play ($0.00/mo), Backstage ($4.99/mo), Vault VIP ($9.99/mo)) renew automatically through PayPal until canceled. Cancel anytime from Billing — access continues until the end of the paid period, then drops to the free tier. Yearly plans are billed once per year. Refunds for memberships are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase if the perks have not been substantially used.

4. Store orders

Physical merch is produced on demand by our print partners (Printful/Printify) and shipped with the tracking shown in your Orders page. Production defects are reprinted or refunded at no cost when reported within 30 days with a photo. Digital packs are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded, except as required by law.

5. Licenses

Sync licenses are granted per the License Agreement. The license key, contract PDF and download window are delivered instantly after payment. Renewals within 30 days of expiry get the renewal discount.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass streaming controls or download gating, don't resell files, don't upload illegal or infringing content to playlists avatars, and don't attack the service. We log security-relevant events (see Privacy).

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the blog and by email to members. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country.
